The following terms and conditions govern the use of this website and the lodging and tourism services offered by Hospedaje Radal in Villa Tenaún, Chiloé. By using this site or making a booking, you accept these terms.
Bookings are coordinated directly with Hospedaje Radal by phone, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive explicit confirmation from us.
Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation policy are communicated directly when confirming your booking and may vary depending on season and availability.
Guests are expected to make responsible use of the rooms, common areas, and natural surroundings of the lodge, respecting the house rules communicated by the hosts.
Guided activities and tours (hikes, shellfish gathering, bonfires, among others) are subject to weather, tide, and safety conditions, and may be rescheduled or modified by the guide or hosts when necessary.
Hospedaje Radal and its associated guides take reasonable safety measures, but guests take part in outdoor activities at their own responsibility, following the instructions given by hosts and guides.
The content of this site (text, photographs, descriptions) is for reference and may be updated without notice. Images aim to faithfully represent the lodge and its surroundings.
